Tro+Somna-Advanced sleep aid

Tro+Somna is an advanced sleep aid, designed to optimize the GABA system using Oblipair strategy.  This is a combination or an orthosteric ligand-a compound that binds directly to the GABA receptor at the BABA binding site with positive allosteric modulator, a compound that binds to a separate site on the receptor and enhances GABA's binding affinity.  This decreases the risk ofor GABA depletion.

Dosing

Start with 1/4 to 1/2 troche.  Maximum daily dose 2 troches per day.  If troche is swallowed, the dose may need to be increased.

Buccal Troche: a small lozenge that dissolves between the upper cheek and gums.  Typically onset is 15 to 20 minutes

The troches are scored so you can calibrate your dose.

Do not combine with BABAergic drugs or supplements

Do not use with alcohol.

Contraindicated with pregnancy, breastfeeding, hepatic or renal impairment, and know sensitivities to the ingredients.
