How to use:

The Root Chakra is located at the base of the spine or tailbone. All chakra energy centers pass through the front and back of the body. Apply the Root Chakra Oil to both the front and back of the chakra location for chakra balancing.

• Apply directly to the chakra before meditation or prayer
• Apply to the Root Chakra before bed
• Dab under the nose and on your wrists to support the Root Chakra during the day
• Add a small amount to a bath
• Use for massage
