Centaury

Centaury is for people who find it hard to say no. They are always trying to please others, wanting to do the right thing. They will deny their own wishes rather than risk a confrontation. They tend to lack energy & tire easily. The positive potential of Centuary to be in touch with what they want & follow their own path. The Centaury remedy does not harden the Centaury personality. Instead it supports the development of courage and self-determination so that Centaury people are better able to draw the line and make space where they can be themselves free of the desires and commands of others. 

Directions: 2 drops in water and sip at intervals or add to a 30ml mixing bottle containing water. Take 4 drops a minimum of 4 times a day. 

Active Ingredients: 5x dilution of Centaurium umbellatum HPUS. 

Inactive Ingredients: 27% Alcohol.

Indications: For relief of naturally occurring nervous tension.
