Nitric oxide (NO) is a colorless gas that is made up of one molecule of nitrogen and one molecule of oxygen. It is produced by almost every cell of the body, boosted by l-citrulline  and l-arginine. NO is important because it is a signaling molecule involved in cell-to-cell communication, inflammation, vasodilation and neurotransmission. The effects of low NO  are far reaching and involving many systems of the body. As  we age, we produce less Nitric Oxide but we will discuss ways  to support NO production.  

NO is critical for a myraid of health conditions including blood pressure, cardiovascular health, immune health, gut health, erectile dysfunction, diabetes/ neuropathy, and blood clots.
